Major life transitions don't just challenge your plans — they challenge your sense of self. Grief, identity loss, nervous system dysregulation, and decision paralysis are not signs of weakness. They're the natural response to a life disrupted.

I bring clinical training in trauma alongside contemplative and somatic awareness to help you work with what's actually happening — in your body, your thinking, and your life — rather than pushing through on willpower alone.

This is coaching, not therapy. But it is informed by real clinical understanding of how humans respond to upheaval, and designed to meet you with the precision and care that this kind of transition deserves.

The goal is not just to stabilize — it's to rebuild your clarity, energy, and courage so you can move forward with purpose and influence over your own life again.


Individual Coaching Sessions

One-on-one sessions designed around what you are actually navigating — not a generic program, not a curriculum. We work with what's alive for you right now.

Sessions are 60 minutes, held virtually or in person on Seattle's Eastside.
Available afternoons and evenings, Monday through Thursday.

Single Session

$175

A focused conversation for when you need clarity on a specific decision or situation. No commitment required.

Ongoing Partnership

$550/month

Four sessions per month for sustained support through an extended transition. This is where the deepest work happens — where finding your stillpoint becomes a practice, not just a moment. Month-to-month, cancel anytime.


How Sessions Work

We start with a first session to see if this is the right fit. Not every coach is right for every person, and I'd rather you find the right support than the convenient one.

If we decide to work together, our first full session maps the landscape: what's shifting, what matters most, what decisions are pressing, and what patterns are running underneath. From there, each session builds on the last.

You will leave every session with clarity on at least one thing that felt murky when you walked in.
